Eligibility
Smart Phones London Gift Cards can be issued up to $100 and are redeemable only for eligible goods and services sold by Smart Phones London They cannot be used with certain promotional offers, applied to any account, or used to purchase other Smart Phones London Cards.
Redemption
Gift cards can only be used to purchase items available on the Smart Phones London website. To redeem a gift card, enter the unique code at checkout. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. These cards are issued in a specified amount, purchased on a prepaid basis, and honoured for goods or services.Smart Phones London Gift Cards do not expire. There are no dormancy, inactivity, maintenance, or service fees imposed on these cards by Smart Phones London.
Balance and Expiry
The balance on the gift card can be checked by logging into your account or by contacting our customer service. Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time. However, Smart Phones London is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Therefore, treat your gift card as cash.
Refunds and Returns
Upon checkout, the gift card balance is immediately deducted from the order total. If the order exceeds the card balance, the remainder can be paid with other methods. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Items purchased with a gift card are subject to our regular return policy. If a refund is issued, it will be credited back to the original gift card. Multiple gift cards used for purchase will have the refund applied to the most recently purchased card.
Fraud
Smart Phones London reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card or order if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorised activity, or violation of these terms and conditions. The company does not accept third-party sold or resold gift cards.
Limitation of Liability
Smart Phones London makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning gift cards, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of the gift card.Smart Phones London will terminate or cancel any gift card at any time, refunding the balance, less any owed amounts.
